This is a female recorded message stating there is no problem with your credit card but they want to help you lower your credit card interest rate. This is a scam. We pay off our cards each purchase or vacation so no need for it. Don't give out your credit card number. They attempt to verify your card and you give the number. I told them if you are a legitimate call from my credit card bank you should have my info. I hung up on them.
