Have called my brand new work phone about new career and schooling opportunities. I had my phone and new number for all of two days before I got my first call. Uses numbers 248-803-0996, -0998, -0999. Blocked all three. Do not answer.
Could be some phone sales of something one does not need. The female caller even could not identify who they are, what they do, what's the purpose of the phone call and where do they get your number(s).
