Received a call from this number at my place of business (a hotel) and when I asked him how I might be of help, he just kept saying, do you know who this is. Finally he said it was David, he had a cold and insisted that I make time to talk to him. To make a long story short, he said he was unhappy and had been arguing with his wife. He kept on saying "who is there with you? This man is obviously very, very disturbed and I ended up hanging up on him.
This person (a man) has been calling my elderly mother for the past four weeks claiming to be her nephew. He has been known to call many time per day and at all hours of the night. The calls have not been threatening, but they have been somewhat obscene in nature. Sometimes the person calling slurs his words and appears to be dunk or under the influence of drugs.
This caller repeatedly calls our business and asks "do you know who this is?" "Guess." Then he says his name - I think it's "terry", but he says it so fast that you can't catch it, and says it the same when you ask him to repeat it.
