No. There is no information online to suggest his business is legit, and apparently when asked to provide documentation of a legit business, he never gets back to you. Do not send samples, do not send him anything. All info online says he's a scam artist.

This guy Michael Norman, phone 248-809-3617 of Detroit Distribution called us for samples of books on our remainder list. Normally, I'd be glad to get rid of such titles at a steep discount. However when I checked this guy out, I found that he has a very bad reputation as a scam artist who lives off the samples that unsuspecting companies send him, sometimes two or three times because he frequently calls companies back and claims he never got his samples just to get another handout. Supposedly, he operates out of a garage somewhere in the Detroit area. He gave us an address of 16905 W 12 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48076. I plan to steer clear of this guy and highly suggest you do the same.
