I just received a request today for my personal training services. Wanted me to train 6 adults twice a week at my gym, of which I do not have. They asked for my full name and address. VERY ODD! They have me an email address to [email protected].
LARGE FOOD ORDER- We are a food truck in a small town and received several calls and emails about an order for 250 chicken sandwiches and pizzas for a date 2 weeks out for pick up by courier. First of all, no one does pick up of 250 sandwiches AT a food truck. Secondly , they wanted chicken sandwiches and pizza and we're a grilled cheese and fries truck. This line is a Google Voice line, as are all of the others in this article, I imagine. So, knowing that, I asked for him to call back on his cell (couldn't hear him at all on the GV.) He gave excuse after excuse, ex: "my phone is not working", etc. I told him it seemed beyond odd to me that he couldn't afford a new phone, but could afford $4500.00 of food. So anyway I played with him for a week or so until i ran out of time. What can we do and what action can be taken to stop this?
I have had the same experience. First time was a couple months ago and I ignored him. Got another request yesterday but refuses to give me an address. He says he is hearing impaired. The order for 250 box meals is for his mom's bday.
