For those of you who don't know, these companies mask their actual phone numbers most of the time. So just because you see a particular area code and number does not at all mean it's actually the number that's calling you. They can program in any number they want, so what they often do is use an out of service number.
Called my cell phone at 1:13pm, caller ID said MI. I picked it up and immediately an automated voice said "We're sorry, that is not a valid extension, please try again."
