They just called me as well because my cell phone is a MI number. Our government bureaucracy and Congress has become increasingly corrupt and as a rule serves itself, not the people.
I just received a call from this number. As usual, my answering clicked on and they hung up. No message left. I don't call back hang up callers. Just assume they are scammers.
Same number, different scam. Can reduce my student loans that they have on record. I've paid my loans long ago so I just hung up. Blocked their number. These guys have no shame.
