These people keep calling my cell phone-no caller ID...who are they?

Got a call from this number, answered it and all I got was static.

answered by accident, recorded message about medicare blah, blah, blah.  Ever since I registered with the DO-NOT-CALL list, the number of telemarketers who call cell phone has increased 100X.  Something needs to be done, the do-not-call list is not doing a darn thing.

I totally agree. Put my cell (I'm in NY, on Verizon) on the Do Not Call registry and it seems I'm getting tons of these unwanted calls.
