i think he might be a scammer. I posted some of my art on craigslist.com. he wanted me to send him the art and he would send me a check. i told him cash only and he never responded back. Watch out! his name is Antonio.

But Jess, his name isn't Antonio...it's David, today anyway. Same deal here, another Craigslist scammer. So sick of these idiots. Do hope no one falls for this s***. Here's the email we received. It wasn't addressed to us, looks like we were bcc'd. Return address, funny enough read:

Today he is going by Saint Maxwell.  He offered to send me a "company check". But of course he did not say what company. Did not ask to see pictures of the item, or ask any questions about other details of the item.  That triggered my mind to knowing it was a scam.  Thanks to the different posts I have read, it helped confirm my suspicions.

How can we bust these people who scam so many people out of their money? They should be arrested!

Good thing I found this post. This guy almost had me. Here is the e-mail. Who leaves a phone number as a signiture? never left his name but his email was [email protected]. It's funny how he doesnt meantion the "item" i posted.
