Who is this

Called twice today, no message. Calling back hits an automated thing saying something about wanting to save money on car insurance (without identifying what the company is). At best, it's some cold-call telemarketing nonsense.

Called but hang up when I picked it up. Called back and got "The number you have just called is no longer in service."

This number has called me two days in a row. It's an automated voice soliciting insurance. Scam.

Second time I have received a call from this number. They called today at 9:19am. I was sleeping; thanks! They leave no message. From what I have read so far, it appears to be a sales scam. I wish there was a way to block them from calling me. I am already on the "do no call list".
