Got a call from this number. The caller left no message.

This number called today @ 0937 CDT, but left no message. I called it back and was immediately greeted with a busy signal.

They called with auto message system telling I could apply a lower interest rate on my credit card. It told me to press 9 if i was interested. A guy answered the phone with an Indonesian voice accent. He was trying to inform me on lower interest option i asked him who's name was on the credit card account...Then he hung up. I tried calling back but the line was busy saying wrong number try again.
