It's a scam.
all of these numbers are scam artists. They get your phone number from different means. One of the means is through craigslist when you apply for a job that you think suits you and pays decent. Or when you are trying to buy something from a person. It's not DTE, they will sometimes say they are DTE to extract more personal information from you. Sometimes they will be the city calling in regards to your water bill. If you submitted your resume, you probably gave them your Phone number, address, name, etc. All they need is your social and they are set to screw you over. Be smart people. Don't give them any info, don't even answer the phone. Use common sense and don't become a victim.
