This is some scam company that calls for my boss; we have been blocking their phone calls, but keeps changing numbers. The name is American Profit. Sometimes it come up as Brian Harris. I keep blocking their numbers -- hopefully, they will run out of numbers soon!
A man named Robert calls my office stating he is from Physicians Eyecare. Leaving message concerning my accounts receivable. Never heard of this company and I do not do business with them. Wondering if it is a scam.
Just received a call yesterday, 10/28/14 from "Jason" at this number, asking that my boss return his call. No company name was given and his supposed last name was difficult to discern. If they are that evasive, they are not legitimate.
Received a call today from Jason. Yes, it is a telemarketing type company for American Profit, a company that does debt collection for small businesses and he is trying to set appointments for a salesman to come by and offer their services. Don't know if it is actually a legit company or not, but he was very cordial when I explained that we didn't have any issues with our Accounts Receivable collections and didn't have a need for their services.
