IRS is going to file suit against you please call us at the number. The usual fraud call and trying to scare people. IRS does not make this type of call
Same here. Scammers made an automated message claiming to be from the IRS saying, "hello we are the IRS calling to inform you that you are being sued, please contact us at this number." Even called the number back and they answer, "thank you for calling the IRS, how can I help you today?" The IRS does NOT call you like that, NOR do they have automated messages saying bull like this!! PLEASE BEWARE!! DO NOT give them ANY information and call the FTC, report to police and/or the real IRS to inform them of these scammers!! These people need to get in trouble for this!!
