I got a call from this # came up on my caller ID Name xxxxxxxxxx MI 1( 248) 958-7106  I called the # back and a voice message said your call could not be completed as dialed please check the # and dial again, then the recording gave me this code at end of call 071t or 171p and the phone went to a busy signal.
