fake number because i tried to call it back.  foreign accent.  wanted to verify employment and wanted persons supervisor that doesn't work here.  i gave them a fax number and told them it would be apprx. 48 hours turn around to verify., sooner if government or military, longer or not at all if collection agency and let them know they needed a signed consent form for information....  then the caller got rude, so i hung up.
