Same message to re-activate credit card number by text messaging this number but with no other information or to what company they are representing, sounds fishy!

I KEEP GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE ONLY THIS ONE IS SAYING THAT IT IS DC TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. I DON'T BELONG TO A CREDIT UNION AND THEY ARE ASKING ME TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THEM, HOW DO YOU REPORT THEM.

It came as a text to my cell phone from [email protected]. Message read..Credit Union National Association Alert : your card has been deactivated. Please contact 251-202-4410 to reactivate your card.  Called from land line out of curiosity and it is an computer voice just saying its a 24 hour credit line, and enter one to reactivate your card or two to leave. Major scam

same here - got a page on my Nextel device informed my my credit card was deactivated and call this number to activate it.  my CC banks don't have this number to call me!  definite scam.
