Rcv. a call at 1830hrs; left no msg and do to a number of complaints else where, is believed to be unsolicited spam calls which are in violation of federal regulations for calls to cell-phones and in use of the 'switched network' (as in HAM Radio's) for phone hobbyists under FCC .regulations.
