Called my cell but didn't leave a message

They just called my cell and didn't leave a message.

I get called by this number often. I answer there is no return.  Very annoying

Called my cell phone at 9:27 am but left no message.  I called back from my office phone at 9:30 am and it said the survey you called for has now ended.  I blocked the number.
