I got a voicemail claiming that they were calling in regards to an IRS federal lawsuit that has been filed against me etc. THE IRS DOESN'T CALL PEOPLE WITH THIS KIND OF INFORMATION! This is a SCAM. The IRS would send a certified letter, not call you by robocall!

I got a call from an Unknown number and stated that IRS filed a lawsuit and advised to call this number (251-214-2551). Calledback and some indian guy answered stating it is the number for a Tim Russell Law firm. not IRS!
