Called 2 times says nothing

This # has called my phone for the past 4 days...when I go to answer, there is complete silence, and then they hang up. I tried calling the # back after 2 days in a row and get a busy signal. Who doesn't have call waiting anymore???

Called left no message. When I called back it was a fax machine. Info said Southeastern, HA

Same as Bill.  They called it went to vice mail no message  but the caller id read  Southeastern HA
