That same man talked to me and said I had a payday loan I owed on and it was for 300. He had my social , email, etc, he said I could resolve it and pay and I said I don't remember any loan and he said they would make me remember in court. He also called from 708-843-8075. I called him back after talking to someone and asked for my contract and the papers that I supposedly signed, etc. and he said he already processed it and a uniformed officer would be delivering it to me and I can look at it then.
They keep. Calling saying they have two chargers pending that they are filing with the district attorney's office and when they find me it will be to late to settle. Its a digital recording.
