Who called from 2513428655

this number has called several times but they never leave a message

This is a Mobile (AL) phone number that AT&T uses for it's Privacy Director.  It will show up on your caller ID when an "unknown", "private", "unavailable" or "out of area" caller tries to call you.  If the caller identifies who they are, your phone will ring again and give you the option of accepting the call (by pressing 1), to send a "do not solicit" message to the caller (by pressing 2), or just ignore the caller (by pressing 3).

After answering call, and pressing "1" to accept the incoming Private Call, there was no one one the line.

This number called at 2:08 AM.  Left no message on the answering machine

I receive several calls each and every day from 2513428655.  Nothing appears on caller ID, no messages are ever left on the answering machine.  I refuse to pay any company for a name.
