Got a call from this number today (10/10/2016) at around 4 PM.  Caller ID showed up as "Alabama 1-251-632-9140".  Didn't recognize the number; so I let it roll thru to voice mail.  Whoever it was left no message.  When I tried calling the number back, I immediately got a recorded message that my call couldn't be completed as dialed.  Added the number to my phone's Call Block List.
