Continues to call even after we asked them to stop many times. Argues when we ask again. Spitefull mean calling at this point.

caller id says:  starnetinc.  continues to calls.

Started calling my phone yesterday

looked starnetinc up on internet.  no offices in mobile.  company is bankrupt since 2004. better business bureau has an alert on their web site.  company is or was located in illinois.  did not leave a message. after a summer of spam calls ( as many as 10 a day) I know longer answer numbers I do not know.  If you answer one time, the computer records it as a real number and they will continue to call.
