Bad enough to be harassed by rude/profane/obscene callers masquerading as various types of data collectors, but when the calls interrupt meals or rest and sleep times, it is too, too much.  Surely there is someone, somewhere with a simple solution or enforcement that can and will actually stop this garbage and filth!
