I received a call from Brian Davis saying he is with Legal Mediation Services, LLC. claiming I had a payday loan that I failed to pay in 2013 and they are trying to serve me with a Subpoena, I asked who the loan was with Business Marketing Group. All the information he had about me was very outdated. I goggled both companies and phone numbers I have found nothing but scam reports.

I had company talked to Mitchell he said I owed an online loan and that I would be taken to court . When I asked for paperwork on this he said he would e- mail. me the paperwork. I did not get it yet.
Person na!med Kendell called said I owed a debt on a payday loan I took out in 2010 said it was for 1000.00 on a 270.00 loan . said if I did not pay it I would of to court and have to pay court costs .
I received a call from Legal Mediation Services saying they are collecting on a payday loan from three years ago! I know I do not have one and when hard copy or email of documents was requested they refused. SCAM!
