Number keeps calling me. no message not even 7 numbers. Wtf?

ITS A PUJAB FROM INDIA THAT IS IN A CALL CENTER DOING COLD CALLS!!!

got this also...have verizon and on their site the number has to have 10 digits to block....i get around 1 call a day so annoying!

I get this call once a day back to back. They call and I ignore it and they call back within 30 seconds. I answered last night and they hung up on me... Its getting very annoying and if someone ever picks up long enough for me to talk to them I am gonna give them a real good lesson in English
