same here.. I wouldn't call back. maybe it's a number that you be charged for, so i would answer. I've heard about this cheat before.. they call you, so you answer, and then you get charged for calling them..
I think someone is trying to make some money. And *252 is Somalia. On the ocean they come with little boats, an here with expensive call back numbers. Both are a kind of pirats.
Got this call at 5 o'clock in the morning!! Called back and got that stupid recording.. I hate this sh**! Those numbers should be banned and the liable one's brought to court! :(
