This is a legitimate collection agency. The people are very nice, but I'm also reasonable. I didn't skip out on a bill, I just went to the ER last year and that is a pile of garbage. One visit and I have 12 different bills to pay, and I never received anything from this particular provider, so it's not the collection agency's fault. They have done some robocalls but when I call back I have always spoken with someone who is very nice. I imagine though, if they have the wrong number or you refuse to pay it can get annoying. It is on my credit report. I actually found it the same day they called coincidentally.
Automated unidentified robo-calls here too. Their company name is 'online communication services'? And to return their call at 800-873-9358 and reference some number they provide.
Collection services always hide their identities in the hopes someone will pick up their phone. I love how they substituted the word communication for collections this way they can claim we, the receiver, must have misheard the message.
They call the house several times. The caller id shows "private caller". The number is 252 - 757 - 2142 wanting a family member to call them back. She identified herself as "on-line information company. Gave me a reference number. I don't give out my families phone numbers. Looks like this is a scam, since no one is behind on bills or owes outstanding bill.
