Call is a scam about recieving a government grant for a large sum of money. They instruct that you must purchase greendot moneyvoucher and call them back for tranfer of payment from the Federal Reserve Bank.

So is it a scam or is it real???  I've been scammed before and I'm NOT putting money I SERIOUSLY don't have, for them to take it and scam me again!!   What's the deal???  Truthfully!!!

It is a scam.  They will either ask you for money to get your money (advanced fee fraud) or take your personal information and steal your identity.
