Can't help but think it's a collection agency, just by the way you pick up the phone and a recorded message actually asks you wait for the next available rep....HUH? I hang up as I don't have time for this BS! My bills are paid, so they need to go find the person they are looking for and stop calling my cell #! 3 times a day....I have now put the number on call blocker...they can ring all day long and I don't have to listen to it :D (handy little app)
If you call the number back, it says, "Your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available representative." You never do hear a company name....just "HOLD PLEASE"!
Like the other commenter, when I answered, it was a recorded message telling me to hold, but someone came on before I could hang up so I asked them who they were. She said they are CBCS Services and when I asked what CBCS Services is, she said they take care of personal business matter - so I assume it's a collection agency.
Caller claimed to be "Windows" technical support identifying problems on a computer and pushing to sell anti virus software. All had strong Indian accents.
