I received two voicemails from this number today. Same voice, same threat of the IRS. Really what do they hope to get from this... how stupid do they think we are???
Its a scam calling and saying u have IRS lawsuits pending. Never real. They would contact u by mail and a lawsuit only after you set up a payment and didnt pay after many attemps. Think about it, do you really think you would owe enough for them to spend money on court without trying to get some money first?
I do have to say that it spooked me enough to check out this site. Glad and sad that I am not the only one that got the call. And it is nice that while they change numbers we have the info to find out if its a SCAM and to help out each other by posting these scams.
