Do a *57 and report to phone company (that reports to local and State Attorney Generals) then file complaint with
FTC and FCC

This jerk called asking for the "Owner" then refused to leave a message. This number belongs to Xtreme Carpet Cleaning in Tacoma, WA. the guys last name is Hirzel
