I live in Washington State. Received a CELL phone call from 253-203-1389 yesterday around noon. I did not hear it ring, so it went into my Missed phone calls. The only descriptive details listed was the number. I researched the number and found the following info: The caller is from Pierce county on MCLEODUSA TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES, INC.- WA service. I am guessing it is from Telemarketers?
