Saying the IRS is sueing me- could hardly understand the man through his thick Indian accent! Then he tried to get authoritarian on me telling me the IRS IS NOT REAPONSIBLE to notify me they have files a lawsuit and that 2 times notifications have been attempted to be delivered to however no one was at home to sign for it so they were returned undelivered to there office.
He had all my contact information But wanted me to confirm my DOB so HE would know I was the correct person. I refused and he got more angry!!
This is a scam!! My mom works for the IRS SO I CHALLENGED HIM UNTIL HE HUNG UP!
Do not give ANY INFORMATION TO THEM THAT THEY DONT ALREADY HAVE ANY HANG UP ONCE YOU CAN CONFIRM NONE OF ITS PERSONAL BANKING OR CAN BE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION FOR FRAUD CRIMES
