Caller stated that he was "Joe" calling from the "Law Enforcement Education Program" the voice sounded terribly automated, and used weird or wrong tense English. Asked for my wife by first name. If this was a person (which I kind of doubt) they were very pushy, and loud. This was an un-solicited, and un-wanted call.
It is a real voice computer whom knew my name Probably sold through Obummer care insurance since there is no such thing as health care in America. Bubbly male computer voice and I told it to F*** OFF!!! Can' wait for the retributions! Fraud at its finest in this country as long as your paying off the resident half baked [***]
I was under the impression that this is a legitimate call since the number is local and I had some business with the police. The caller asked if the lady of the house is home (presumably a pre-recorded message). I responded with "no" and the caller went silent. I hung up the phone after enduring said silence for several seconds. I suspect this wont be the last I get a call from them.
