This number calls me several times a day. They never leave a message. I don't know anyone in Washington State and have telemarketer block. My phone service is limited and does not have the ability to block specific callers. Think it's telemarketing anyone know?
I just got a call from that number. It was a woman with a heavy Chinese or Asian accent, who was hard to understand. She mentioned something about "my grant", but hung up because I was telling her I couldn't understand her. Based on the other comments here, obviously a scam.
