I didn't answer. Left a message saying that the I.R.S. was going to file a lawsuit against me and to call another number, (253) 205-8339. There was a newspaper article about this. It's a scam trying to get people to go to their bank and wire money. The real I.R.S. will contact a person by mail when it wants to suck your blood.
2nd call today from 253-205-8339. I called back to see why they were calling me. A man with a heavy accent asked me, "Did I know who he was, I am a federal agent". While I was telling him that I was going to report the call to the National Do Not Call registry, he hung up. I am going to report the call again.
Caller ignored my answer to the phone call. Bot call telling me a lawsuit was being filed by IRS. Total scam. Why can't govt do something to these lowlifes?
sounded like a recorded message telling me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Funny, they didn't even say or ask my name( : I laughed and hung up. They called back again a few hours later same thing. It's too bad and sad that some people will be a victim to such a scam.
