I get this number fairly frequently. Shortly after I get 952-807-0001 usually about 30 to 40 minutes later. I think the first number is just seeing if someone answers. Answered the second number once and it was some really foreign dude and he said he was from Microsoft and that my computer had a virus and he needed to remotely remove it. I told him that i didn't have a computer. He then says to me "why are you wasting my time?" I said "whaaat?" He repeated..."why are you wasting my time?" I in turn replied "me wasting YOUR time? You called ME!" Hung up on him after that. Looks like my number got cycled through again. Now, i just don't answer unless i recognize the number. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
