Got a call and I didn't answer

Just got a call from this number. I answered, but they hung up.

Missed call, called back but busy signal

Same as many. Called me while at work. I returned the call, only to receive a busy signal. They originally left no message.

Kinda freaky I got a call about ten minutes ago but didn't pick up. When I read all the comments on this site it looks like the number decided to call everyone today... how strange. Don't know anyone from washington and they left no message...
