Verizon spamming my phone for someone named Heath Hyman I dunno how to make the calls stop!

Virtually all "253-617-XXXX" calls are scammers from a call center in Parkland, WA. Per Verizon securoity, it not them, is not a contract collector. They ask for "Brent Fondat(?). I have had this number for 15 years. Would this really be collectors after 15 years?
