Received two voice messages over the last week (in Washington state). Both recordings said they were IRS trying to reach me as final notifications of a lawsuit against me. First call was a different call back number....202-621-0481. Scammers!
Received a message from this number, saying they were the IRS, and have been trying to contact me, as they are about to file a lawsuit against me. They are not the IRS>
This number called me two times today and two times another day, claiming to be the IRS. They said to have a lawyer when I call back. It was a recording. I called the number back and a man that did not speak clear english answered the phone. I asked him to please give me the HIS information and told him that the IRS would not operate this way. He then hung up.
