Call back gets, "You have dialed a number that is invalid or not working." That means it's spoofed, that means it's a SCAM. Given all the other posts, it's clearly the IRS scam. Block it.

I just received a taped phone message from a woman with a request to call 1-253-216-0662 and the area phone number is located somewhere in the state of Washington, maybe in the town of Kent, but the woman did not say where she was calling from. Maybe she and her associates have called from Washington before in the past year and a half doing scams.
These people who claim to be from the irs leave me messages every other day saying if I don't return there call the only thing they can do is pray for me as the situation unfolds!!!
