I have been contacted about being a 3rd place winner of $500,000 from Publishers Clearing House through the Executive Office of Dave Sayer who is hold a certified check in my name at the Fed Reserve Bank in New York - fraud, harassment, and invasion of privacy are complaints since they have not
provided valid authentic notification as requested through my attorney.
Thanks for your post. I received the same call on December 15, 2010 claiming that this Mr. Sayer is holding a certified check with my name on it. I did not call the number back as I was certain this was a scam of some kind. Glad I checked. Hopefully others will do the same.
This call is very good and he has done some of his home work. I had him go through his list of things to do. When he got to the western union for the 2% ($500) i had to pay. I ask him for prove of all the things he was telling me. He said i will call you back. all you have to do is ask for an email of all the stuff they were telling you and they will leave you alone.
