A Martin Cooper called from an unknown number telling me I just won a government grant of $9000 from The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. He told me there are three different ways I could get my money. I could give them my bank info, I could go to a Western Union or I could give them a VISA card number. After I told him Western Union he said go there with $210 and my state ID. He repeated that I should call him as soon as I get to the Western Union because the helpers back there didn't know what they were doing so he would walk me through it. When we got off the phone I looked this Act up and it was all real. THIS very page is the first thing that came up when I looked up his number on google. (So much more was said on the call but I'll leave it at this.)
