Got called on my cell phone. Person said he wanted to try and save me money on car insurance. He wanted to ask me a few questions, that's when I hung up on him.
Whoever called from this number woke me up, I wasn't able to answer before they hung up. When I tried to call back on my cell phone it wouldn't go through, when I tried from a landline all I got was a busy signal.
