Called at 12:18 am EST.  No message.  Very annoying.

I received two calls from this number during the night last night (7-13th-  4:13 a.m. and 5:27 a.m.)
Caller id says its from Kent Washington

Who  is this and what allows them to place these calls during the night.

received this call out of the blue. It has to be a scam!!!!
