Who called from 2532201999

This number is.....The Washington State Department of Revenue. Most outbound calls from there office uses this number as well as other departments with-in there building / area. They are typically calling about taxes!

I got this call in response to an email I sent to the WA Unemployment folks.

Oh, this number is certainly belonging to Washington State offices of some kind, but with my wife, they called in reference to Washington State Foster Care (Department of Human Services or DHS for short) and is a dummy number that employees use to avoid being recorded in some of the conversations they choose to fling at people.

I received a call 2 times in a row and when I answered no one was there.  Got a busy signal when I called it.

Received 5 calls over a few minutes.  I answered 3 times and said "hi".  No response.  Some noise on the other end, there was obviously someone there.
