Got a call last week, the caller had a heavy indian accent.From what I got he said my computer had a virus he could fix over the phone. I told him not to call back. Since then I have had three other calls from this number. I am on the "do not call list" which seems to be a joke. I ended up blocking the number.
Got a call from this number, man with indian accent, telling me that I filled out a survey for the government last December. Said i qualified for a grant that I don't need to pay back of $7000. Since I am "clean" in the system as having no claimed bankruptcy and paying all my taxes I was one of 1700 people selected. I told him i was driving and I would call him back, he did not share a call back number. So I told him to call back later, he hasn't called back since.
